• You must, at all times while submitting a shipment delivery, hold a valid driver's license and all licenses, permits, registrations, approvals and/or other authorities required to provide a shipment delivery within the jurisdiction in which you will submit the shipment delivery. You must use vehicles in good operating condition and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must maintain records of all vehicle registrations and inspections and must provide the most current copy of these records upon request
